Service Description
Enjoy a personalised Pilates session in the calm, intimate setting of Sobo Pilates studio—perfect for exercising with a friend or someone you know. With one reformer bed in the studio, sessions combine Reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, and strength training—all tailored to your individual goals and preferences. Georgia also offers 2:1 Pregnancy and Postnatal Reformer Pilates sessions (babies are welcome!). If you have any questions or would like to book a session outside the available times, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. If a cancellation occurs after this period, full payment is required. If one person cancels within the 24-hour window, we have the following options: - We’ll try to fill the spot with someone else. - The remaining participant pays for the 1:1 session. - Alternatively, we can cancel the session altogether.
